Warrandyte Architectural Home featured on ArchDaily

We recently had a ball styling and shooting an amazing Warrandyte property designed by the ever-so-lovely and talented Alexandra Buchanan Architecture.

Dramatically set atop a steep, unforgiving block, this commanding house nestles into its bushy Victorian surrounds effortlessly.

Featuring an abundance of natural light & stone, sheaths of glass soar from the floor to the winged ceiling, creating illusions of the roof miraculously floating above the grounded, earthy structure.

The wood panelling dissolving over glass ceilings creates an ever-shifting play of shadow and light inside.

This project was an absolute joy to work with for architecture photographers (and buffs!) like us.
